Men mating with younger women is just statistics. The average age of fertile men is considerably higher than the average age of fertile women, so all else being equal we should expect to see older men pairing with younger women. No -isms are necessary. Now evidently many post-fertile women are annoyed by this reality, but oh well that’s life.
