The article did not mention Cambodia, but I hear Sihanoukville is a ghost town.

It was once a main center for Chinese investment in a close political ally (some would say a country corrupted by Chinese cash).

But it was killed by overzealous Chinese COVD travel restrictions, and now the recession in China.
