Show HN: FailRecovery - Twitter as a customer service channel

Oftentimes, I send complaints out into the twitterverse and nothing ever comes of it. So, my weekend projects turns complaint tweets into ways for users to check companies social customer service records, as well as companies a way to see what their customers think.

There are a lot more features in the queue, but I wanted to see what you all thought of the idea.
