If a posting is marked as being contract and permanent such as http://hackerjobs.co.uk/jobs/2012/3/26/javascript-applicatio... perhaps have the ability for the advertiser to add seperate salaries for both? It reminds me of my daily CWjobs jobs alert offering roles for £50,000 per hour :)
