One question comes to mind... Why do they raise this now and not when it was released in 2020???

Because adequate testing is required?

As it was reported, this was recently discovered. It was not discovered in 2020.

Hm yeah but testing doesn't take 3 years. An hour is enough. Though the setup might take a couple of days.

If they failed to pick up on this it's a huge fail on the part of this agency.
