The salary of DEI employees is forcing them to not understand issues of race or sexism at all. It has to stay the unsolved problems for the money to keep coming.
That said, men aren't discriminated against. Or women for that matter. Still, in most cases the DEI crap should be scrapped and you would net a more just system.
