Reaching out to Git repo owners or members

Hi community, We are a small team developing a service, where we would love to get in touch with git repo owners/members (ideally of the size 300-50 000 stars). We believe or service could be of great value for git repos both financially and service wise, and now want to validate that assumption. If you match this description or know someone who does, please feel free to reach out. We are looking to set up chats of 20 minutes, if possible.
