I think this clause is doing all the work here and unfortunately in many cases there's no quick, automatic way to verify this.

Because of the legal costs involved in litigating who copied whom, I fear this would allow someone to sue the original creator of a work for infringing on the copyrighted output of an AI model trained on that work.
