This seems more feasible than other proposals, one way to pay that would be currency dilution, the interesting thing about currency dilution to pay such large sums is that it doesn't devalue any 1 major currency relative to the other ones if all major currencies do it at the same time
so USD dilution and EURO dilution and pound sterlings simultaneously, similar to current monetary policy, would make this work out
inflation within the local economies would be a pain but nothing we havent seen before and it doesnt have to be all at once
one country paid a debt for like 150 years, and paid it off successfully
