Why bother?

I block viewing of all HTML email for security and privacy reason.

Even my mail server rejects HTML-only emails.

Most non-tech-savy people use HTML emails unconsciously because providers like Gmail and Outlook enable it by default.

Therefore companies use HTML in their newsletters, and transactional mails.
