A shade with a large number of fine slits that allowed light passage might work. selecting the right slit width to affect the optimal wave bands - is IR the main heat? Passage would create a number of divergent bands as that frequency passed. Particles would be unhindered for the most part = less solar stream drag. Even so there would be light drag - does the interference add a drag?
Even very thin screens mass significantly over a large area and might become hard to manage. A circular screen that was gradually spun up to make a spin-rigid disc would work if it was held rigid enough by a thin rim and the spin-up was gradual enough?
