If focusing on security, they should consider disabling the JIT compiler in the JavaScript engine. Almost all Firefox exploits in recent years have been based around vulnerabilities in this code.


Clears history on close, by default. No safety screening without getting to your own key. Definitely not for normies.

Still, competition is good.


I am skeptical of these browser efforts that say they have things like improved privacy and security, but then don't elaborate in any way beyond buzzwords


What do you mean? The FAQ (https://librewolf.net/docs/faq/) is prominently linked on the homepage, and goes into detail.


Security enhancements are laughable , no material protection against RCE 0days.

Does that mean you can't watch, e.g., Netflix using Librefox? No judgement, I am just curious.
