Are there any dietary sources that are CoQ<N>-rich?


Animal organ meats, especially hearts, have the highest level of CoQ10 of any common dietary sources. I suspect quite a few common modern dietary deficiences are the result most people no longer eating the "whole animal".


I’m sure there are, but I lean on supplements because I’m lazy.


Looked it up: "Primary dietary sources of CoQ10 include oily fish (such as salmon and tuna), organ meats (such as liver), and whole grains."


Oh yeah, I I remember salmon oil being a source now. Thanks!
