Seems like you're saying that DRM, region locks, and such _are_ problems in the third world; defeating them remains necessary, but is done pervasively, and often trivially, without criticism or other penalty. The fact that DRM on these downloads might have been defeated by somebody else does not change the fact that removing it was necessary.
