Looks like gandi.net has been blocked in India.

Issuing pings to:

www.gandi.net, as well as,

webmail.gandi.net,

gives failures.

But the same from a US located IP works just fine.

Is the block "on" GANDI from India?

Or, has GANDI "banned" India?

Nope, works for me from india too. Maybe it just your ISP/DNS/IP issue maybe.
