The title makes it sounds like the assumption is deer prions will spread to humans. I encourage everyone here to actually read the article. It makes an argument about why this is not something to worry much about.
Yep, we're not owed a just ending. If anything, a bias toward just endings makes us more succeptible to unjust endings by vacuuming up attention that they would otherwise un-biasedly deserve.
