But there are other folks like the college investor[1] that has done some research and wrote about it on a blog. You may be right. To the best of our knowledge no one has built a product like PropBox to tackle it. Lots of startups fail for a variety of reasons and we are aware that it is way to early to know if we will be a victor or a victim.
