I don't know how they presume to interpret all of these, but I've already found a glaring error: of Wikipedia, they claim "The service can delete your account without prior notice and without a reason" but this is false: Wikipedia never deletes accounts, due to the way MediaWiki software works and also due to the attribution requirements of the Creative Commons license.
What their TOS does say is that they can "suspend or end the services at any time", but this explicitly does not mean deleting your account (or any of the pages associated with it, such as your User Talk page, where you receive warnings and notifications.)
