Studying and going to school is your work. It is a full-time job, I wouldn't be overly worried if you can't use your free time very productively. You might not see it that way yet, but once you get out of school and go to work the same thing probably happens with your free-time. In my opinion procrastination becomes issue if it affects your studies or your work.
