I’m not sure how a personal assistant is going to compete with Amazons fairly cheap and quick delivery and atleast consistent service. It’s the scale of products sold that makes Amazon what it is, how is AI going to change that?

Remember that Microsoft is heavily invested in OpenAI, so Gates as a strong interest in believing and saying AI will kill Google and Amazon.
