I wonder if ChatGPT will eventually have some additional checks for internal consistency. ChatGPT and I were talking about the moons of Jupiter recently and it claimed both Ganymede and Io were both the only moons with an internal magnetic field, just one reply apart. Some level of consistency between what it's saying now and just said a few moments ago would go a long ways.
