Ask HN: What is the state of the art for visual React design?

Im unfamiliar with the visual UI design scene. What I’m looking for is the fastest way to prototype UIs for single page web apps. Right now I manually write them. I’m wondering if there is a visual design tool that exports human readable react code that you can then wire up with hooks etc. Thanks for the answers!
