More common than you would believe. I work for a tech company in northern europe. We got threatening emails of chinese origin (they did not put any effort into hiding their tracks) because some of our Hong Kong employees took active part in the demonstrations back in 2019. In my opinion Xi's China is the Soviet Union 2.0.
