I mean... it kinda was? There was certainly more self-aggrandizing content than there was "[satirizing] the high-hats" or "learning and teaching". This is another one of those articles that is hard to take at face value...

I thought I recognized the insufferable writing style from somewhere…

Maybe it is because I am just a lowly serf nobody, but Twitter feels about the same to me. Maybe this writer should, as the kids say, go touch grass.


I curate my twitter followers carefully. It's a mix between retro computer people and classical music. I don't hestitate to block anyone who starts political rants. And twitter is basically the same as it's always been for me. Very little else leaks into my feed.


Or, as we say in the UK, get a f***g life
