Twitter is probably worth much less than 10B at this point. 20B would be only in the pervious low interest rate environment before all tech companies heavily retreated on valuation. Even so 10B is a lot for a company with less <2000 employees. No one knows anything about its financials anymore, so he can say whatever he wants.
