I've been wondering if a ring-shaped input device paired with AR glasses where you can see texts and typing suggestions could enable that.

With some innovation in keyboard UI and swipe+style typing (which I struggle to live without when I don't have it), that seems quite feasible, especially when paired with possible advancements in predictive text.
