My latest reply just appears on previously empty broken "Following" tab.[0]

As I remember, my reply(-ies) should not be shown on this tab at all, if there are not next reply from people I'm following.

It was just the chronological (i.e. "Following") tab for me at first. Just now, the algorithmic (i.e. "For You") feed started to break too.

Oh, my! Even last my reply, shown moment ago on "Following" tab, just disappeared after page refresh ­and now both tabs at "Home" are empty.

I'm using web. Is it happen with mobile apps too?
