I only see one golden ratio in that image, between the left and right columns, and it's off by a bit. The second division relates to the screen height and length of the tweet, which are not part of the design. The divisions after that don't line up with anything.
The bottom of the tab list also lines up with the ratio point near "proportion" but I can't see what the remaining 3 ratios line up with, if anything. So that means only 2 out of 6 ratios seem to consistently have anything to do with the layout (and that's only if you're in the right resolution, otherwise it's even worse).
