I have been a developer for years, nowadays I want to learn some knowledge about management. I think a developer has definitely to learn some things around him, knowing more than just coding, such as management.

You can recommend books that improved you or made you impressed, not limited to IT field, all kinds of management is fine.



FWIW, "management" is a pretty big topic. You've got everything from "strategic management" to "financial management" to "marketing management" to "product management" to "organization design" to the day-to-day "stuff" that middle managers do, which can vary a lot depending on what function (marketing, finance, HR, engineering, IT, etc) they work within, etc.

So a good answer depends a bit on what you're specifically interested in. But for a taste of things mostly at the tactical level, you might find value in something like:
