Of course they'll pass the costs to end users, everybody does.

The point is that end users are already paying to use their connection. If the price is too low, it should be upon the ISP to increase their fee to end users.

Anyway, it's us, the end users, that want to see streaming video. It's not forced to us from the USA.


Sorry, is someone getting free internet service? They don't have to pay for bandwidth?
