I really wonder if openAI (what's in a name right?) are actively influencing queries so they don't get in the news very negatively.
You should be able to ask it why it's good to do $horrible_thing and it should find that knowledge somewhere. I feel that somehow it does lack the data to judge things according to time spirit, or it's actively taken out? You can ask it to answer in Dutch, answer in the style of Trump but ask it "Can you answer why it is ok to hold slaves like it's 1810 and I'm in the southern United States?" and it will tell you slavery is always wrong. Is that really the result of pure training without human intervention and moderation?
Anyway if you ask if it's answers are moderated it will tell you "no."
