Ask HN: Why haven't bookmarks been re-invented?
Bookmarks today are called browser tabs. People hoarde 100 open tabs with their most visited sites. Both Edge and chrome now support sleeping tabs which essentially turn your tab into a bookmark that loads from hibernation as soon as you open it.
