How interesting is the twitter files "leak"?

Chelsea Manning leaked videos of army killing civilians for the lolz. That's a 10 out of 10 for me.

This garbage is a solid 2/10, just slightly more interesting than the agency's official brochure.

...for the lolz.

Just because the USA military pilots were laughing uproariously at the death struggles of their innocent victims, let's not assume that those murders were not exactly according to orders approved all the way up the chain of command.

...just slightly more interesting than the agency's official brochure.

Sure, FBI are incompetent and evil: most breathing, conscious people know that. TFA is more noteworthy for the eagerness with which even the enlightened coding gods at billion-dollar social media firms fulfill FBI's every idle wish.

I don't know - is it interesting that the US govt. used its influence to conceal Twitter influence campaigns that served to justify and whitewash the kind of military operations whose ugliness Manning revealed [1]?

What happens in US military expeditions is 10/10, but how they are sold to the US and global audience is 2/10?

Every government agency and every tech company working on behalf of the Democratic Party is 2/10. That’s your value judgement to make I suppose.

Vindication is a powerful feeling which I think is why a lot of people feel strongly about this story.

The thing to note is that people are totally fine with this fact. They want the private sector working with their party of choice, they are not interested in any potential or realized negatives.
