So because Tesla has lied for long enough and people believed the lies, Tesla is now blameless? That's one hell of an argument.


No but an argument can be made that their marketing was.


Why is selling $15k “Fully self driving” capability not fraud? It’s not fully self driving. If they charged more for “fully battery powered” but it had a gas engine that would also be fraud.

I have a feeling that if Musk didn’t already have tens of billions he would be in the same position as Elizabeth Holmes.



I said it wasnt going to happen but the hype beasts needed it to be true so bad. I dont think he is totally to blame.
