such safeguards are merely a legal feature (albeit implemented with some sort of puritanical enthusiam) to limit liability. 'tricking it' probably safely shifts the liability to the user, so hopefully that's enough for the lawyers and we can still have some fun. would an intelligent agent neutered for correct think still be intelligent? seems doubtful
