What they don't tell you is that geothermal is not a growth industry because nobody sees any way to make it, or anything that needs a steam turbine to operate, competitive with wind and solar. If it were made competitive today, it would not be, anymore, tomorrow. Steam turbines are mature tech, so costs are not plummeting.
