Cheap credit for 14 years -- going to be rough rebound. And of course the UK intentionally adding large transaction costs across their economy due to Brexit.
There is also a very deliberate running down of the country (see NHS). There was a good comment here some months ago about the exact governemnt policy and the term they use, can't find it now
Kakistocracy (government by the least suitable or competent citizens of a state)?
Kleptocracy (expropriate the wealth of the people and land they govern, typically by embezzling or misappropriating government funds at the expense of the wider population)?
The latter - The Conservatives since the Lib Dems stopped sharing power have been unbelievably corrupt and should never win an election again. We need an alternate right of centre party to replace them to provide an honest opposition to the Labour party once they're in power.
