Didn't he fire most of the T&F team, though?

The Chief Information Security Officer and Chief of Trust and Safety both resigned in succession on late Wednesday / early Thursday, November 10th.

They're both recognized as industry SMEs outside of Twitter. Ignoring these folks and treating his employees and like hot garbage has burned and diluted Musk's credibility and greatly diminished his brand.

This is the craziest thing I've seen in the industry, and I lived through the dot-com bubble. There's nothing I can reference or experiences I can draw to explain why Musk is doing this.

I like the "Twitter poisoning" theory; enough exposure to engagement-focused social media and you go crazy.

And who could expect that IBM's takeowers are sane ? ;)
