He also said that it wouldn't be impersonation if it had a disclaimer that it was a parody account, and then he banned accounts like H3H3's that were clearly labeled as parodies.


When the phrasing is "spam/scam/impersonation", I'd say it doesn't cover this.

Yup, they were warned and they done it anyway and now they are crying over that suspension. So this over-reaction isn't newsworthy.


I would argue that these accounts are parodying, not impersonating.
