This appears to be an unbiased way to give developers the ability to point to permissively licensed source code and say, "look, this fragment is open source, therefore I'm not infringing by copying it."

There are caveats but this seems to be a move in the right direction.


So does this mean that Github considers mass copyright violations are not problematic if a corporation uses a computer program to do it?


I need a neural network, that “fairly reuse” those Xbox games from Microsoft.
