Why 23.976 and not 24 FPS? (2016)
So this probably explains why my 60 fps screen slightly jitters about once every 2-3 minutes... Looks like a dropped frame, and is really frustrating when you've spent lots of money on AV gear...
59.94 fps vs 60 fps...
