Currently working 99+% remote. In a next job, I'd like to have the flexibility to work from home whenever I want to but also have the option to meet colleagues IRL when we feel we need to, which should not be too often.
I'd also be fine with eg. 2-3 days in office, 2 WFH. But only as long as the commute isn't too long, like 30-45 minutes max.
If I have to be part of a traffic jam each day, no thnx. I'll start later and/or leave earlier or something.
