CDPR would’ve had an absolute hit if they’d waited until the game was finished. There’s a massive difference between moving through an open world that resembles LA or NY and an open world fully realised futuristic city - with its own completely unique politics and factions and weapons and social issues.
Likewise the video cards from 2 years ago (and PS4s) simply can’t do walking through Night City in the rain justice.
