In the past, when politicians talked about cutting "red tape", I always just nodded my head, and told myself, "that makes sense".
When I see things like this, I really wonder. The "red tape" that most people encounter on a daily basis is copyright restrictions. If reducing regulation is a good thing, then we should be reducing copyright restrictions, right?
