If you are out of the loop. Musk raised Mudge in a hearing on discovery disputes Vs Twitter. Team Musk even wrote a strange follow-up letter to the judge, making sure that she had heard them enter Mudge into the dispute.
Judge ruled in favour of Twitter on all points (bar 1 small concession - they shall produce data on 9,000 accounts used for mDAU, not the 200M accounts Musk wanted). And, unless I'm mistaken, judge doesn't mention Mudge at all in the three rulings. If I had to guess, I would say the judge is being kind to Musk.
