On: Redesigning the country selector

I want someone to take this alternative values approach to the occupation selector. They seem to vary just enough that you have to read the full list to find the one that fits best.

Unfortunately there's no universally accepted pre-defined list of occupations which are common knowledge to enough people to make that happen.
