I don't think that's really how we do it in the US. A lot of tradespeople may be rich (making 6 figures in a very low cost of living area), but no one would call them high class, at best they would just be "well off".



6 figures is not rich. Hasn't been for a very long time.


It absolutely is for anywhere in the US except for a handful of metropolitan areas. The median income in the US is still hovering around 30K.


It is if you're living in central Mississippi earning 600k/yr
