I decided to follow platypus publishing's 21 day mini-masterpiece course and produced this short draft.

It's about my strongly held belief that companies, certainly smaller companies, don't need the Taylorist command and control structure to thrive.

I tried to post to reddit/r/management but they don't allow posts. All I want is feedback, please.
