Ugh. It’s hard to get me to sympathize with Bezos, but it sounds like Rotterdam is just being petty here. The bridge isn’t in use anymore, it only takes a day dismantle it and another day to put it back (it was done before in 2007), and the yacht builder was going to pay for everything.

So, this is a bit confusing to me... Why did this company build a boat they could not reasonably get out to sea? Why was a drydock of this size even permitted to operate here?
