Choose NestJS as your back end framework (amplication.com)

NestJS is surprisingly easy to test, though some modules cannot / is hard to be tested in isolation (iirc, decorators).

Their documentation is also very good.

It also support scheduling as well, either using Cron or interval based.

One of the hard part is developing own custom decorators and accessing services inside.

Overall it's a good framework IMO.

Straightforward, productive, reliable, widely supported, fast-growing, popular, battle-tested, robust.

Buzzword bingo!

Yes, apparently it's simultaneously fast-growing and battle-tested.

The more JS frameworks the merrier, right? I've got a great spot on the shelf for NestJs right between NextJS and Angular.

What are the top 25 Javascript frameworks for 2022? /s *G*

The best open source backend framework there.

it has its downsides, but so far I feel very productive while I am working with this framework. It also has great documentation.

Too Javaish for my taste.
